The villa has two bedrooms and a mezzanine with four single beds. The bedrooms share an open-plan bathroom with sea views. Between the two bedrooms is a large living/dining area with a kitchenette, cutlery, crockery, glasses, kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave, but no cooking facilities. An outdoor hot water shower with a sink provides additional comfort.

The villa is bordered at the front and back by wooden decks with magnificent views of the beach and the sea.
